So there was a long weekend break for Chinese New Year.. For this year, my house had an additional mahjong table, and since we can't do any house visiting and it's not like we did so too for the past few many years... we spent our time playing mahjong... seems like I am the big winner since I won the most money dere... haha.. but our bets were small la, reallie small.. coz it was all for the fun of it...
We visit temples to pray for the new year... and also went suntec to walk the fountain of wealth... but for this year, we have decided to skip the River Hongbao... I still prefer the old location where it's reallie by the river... now, it's small and nothing much to see already...
Chu san was the day for house visiting wif frens... yeap! I like tat... and it seems like we haf continue this trend for like 8 or 9 years le... haha... isn't tat good!... haha... prob some years later... we will visit each other houses but now it's the married couple giving out ang pows to the kids.. haha... as usual, we did some gambling... and I tink i won some money.. prob 50 cents... haha... so much so for the gambling whole day... haha... but i am not a greedy person when it comes to winning by gambling.. coz i bet little and so aim to win little also... hee~
den it's back to work... orh.. office is so empty coz most of pple had taken leave to go back to their hometown... and so the office was reallie empty... but i guess most pple ain't reallie in the mood to work also la.. since it's CNY.. haha.. and we had a long weekend of break... hee~
soon it was v'day... there were flowers coming into the office for some of my colleagues... and some of them were even on leave on tat day.. Hohohoo... neva reallie had the chance to spend v'day for obvious reason... haha~... but this year, together with another girlfriend, i manage to go for a v'day dinner... interesting to see how couple spend this special day wif each other... but i muz tell u, things are REALLIE expensive on V'day... a meal tat could haf cost less than $15 on normal days.. is now more than double le... now i know why some pple can spend like hundreds on v'day... haha... but i guess the atmosphere is good... haha~.. love is in the air la...
oh.. and i watch one of the 3 CNY movies - Kungfu Dunk... hmm... it's better than i expected... i won't say it's fanatastic... but at least i dun regret watching it... but i muz say Jay Chou's eyes is reallie too small... haha... and he's not suai at all.. tink he looks better in "Secret"... the kungfu moves that he made looks quite real though.. haha..
